        My name is Sharleen, I purchased a prosun facial tanning and it was defective, I contacted prosun to inquire about an exchange within the warranty period and they kept on promising me that they will exchange it, and they kept on lying and lying, I tried contacting their return and exchange dept. over 20 times and no one returned my call.

        So I called and spoke to the owner of prosun and advised him and he kept on promising me that someone will contact me back in regards to the exchange but no one ever contacted me.

        BUYERS BEWARE !!! Prosun international don't honor their warranty on their products, and their products are made of bad cheap quality.
