Thanks and welcome to the neighborhood! I have been to the 22nd Avenue N store many times and have found the service exceptional. The counter staff is quite knowledgeable and have provided service above and beyond what I've experienced at other parts stores. They have installed wiper blades, read engine codes and even looked online to get me a 'how to' on a repair I was doing (success!). I'm bad at names but hats off to Chris, Jake... the Jeep guy and the rest of you. Thanks again!

Ignorant employees canceled my Cyber Monday purchase without my permission or knowledge. Ask to speak to the manager and was told he was gone for the day. Woman said she would call me back. The Manager calls me up from the store number two minutes after i finish my conversation with the woman who stated would call me back. Funny how the manager had gone home for the day. The manager wanted to cover his you know what by being nice to me and asking me what happened. I told him the order was canceled without my knowledge or permission and I asked him if he had the authority to undo the mistake. His response was that he could not but he would give me corporate's number. I asked him what the purpose of his phone call was if he could not fix it and informed him that i already had their number from the email that was sent to me informing me of the cancellation before i called his store. I called corporate and the problem was corrected quickly. Stay clear of this store. They wont last
