Great service!! Arrived on time and took care of the repair. Justin did a wonderful job of analyzing the problem. He fixed our washer and ordered the part we needed for the dryer. The part arrived in a few days and Kris quickly installed it. We are very pleased with both technicians. The service was easy to schedule as well as fast and efficient.

The repair specialist was very courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed our problem. He was helpful in referring us to a plumbing company as our problem was not related to the washing machine but rather a clog in the drain.

The reason I left 4 stars is because they told me they would get back to me with a solution in 24 hours and it’s been 72 and I still have not received a call back. The tech they sent out the first time was in and out and fixed the recall on my washer so no issues with that. right now I don’t have a working washer and I’m still waiting for a call. I would recommend them for your service. I just don’t think they realize when they tell someone they will call that we will be waiting because we need clean laundry.

Mid America was the 2nd repair person I called after the first company that came out refused to work on my Jenn Air 48" built-in refrigerator. I explained my situation to Mid America, they sent their best technician out to diagnose my fridge. He was very thorough, very familiar with this particular model, got the fridge running and gave me two possible scenarios for the issue I had experienced. Depending on if the fridge held temperature over the next week would determine which repair route to take. He gave me an instant estimate for both scenarios and explained very clearly what each would entail. I'm happy to report the fridge is holding temperature, meaning my repair route is the much less expensive route. I'm happy to have my Jenn Air back!

Horrible customer service. I have a warranty program called Total protection in which sent Mid America out. The tech was not able to replace the oven igniter on the first visit even though he said it was a very common igniter. He had hopes of getting the part off of another guy and returning hopefully in the same day, as I was told. However several hours went by and I called the company and I was told the part had to be ordered. I wonder how long I would have waited if I didn't call them as I had already wasted my whole day waiting around. After 3 business days I was told the part was in and the technician returned. He fixed the igniter and walked out the door without saying two words. Not even a simple I'm finished.

Hi I had an expensive repair on our Frigidaire Gallery icemaker. Mike S was our repairman. He wrote down the parts I would need and gave me an estimate. He suggested I call Frigidaire to see if I could get some discounts on the parts or see if there was a warranty. Thank goodness I did it saved me about $500. When he returned to our house after the parts came in, he quickly repaired our icemaker and educated me on the refridgerator. He was very friendly and educated on the appliance. Our family is very happy to have ice again. Would not hesitate to call them again with an appliance problem.

I just wanted to inform you that I am highly displeased with your company. I had purchased extended warranty through Home Depot on our fridge and they contract with Mid America Electronics & Appliances. Our fridge broke broke on Aug 2. No one was able to come out until Aug 12. A part had to be ordered and we were told it would take 7-10 business days. On Aug 22 I received a call that part was in but no one was available to come back out until Sept 8. That is FIVE WEEKS without a refrigerator. This is unacceptable. If you cannot service a client in a timely manner than refer them elsewhere!! My husband called an appliance store around the corner, ordered the part (it was delivered the next day) and installed it. He had the fridge up and running in less than 24 hours! Now we are being food loss claim since we chose not to wait FIVE weeks and fixed it ourselves. I have filed several complaints with Home Depot and the Extended Warranty Company.
