On the Green Salon & Day Spa

Unfortunately my experience here has gone from a 5 to 1 due to the front desk and management. I've had a few different stylists due to changes at the salon. I had someone new this past week and I'm guessing not everything the last girl did was in my notes (gray cover & toner plus some highlights). I let her know immediately I wasn't happy and due to her next appt she said schedule time to come back. Unfortunately that was 2 weeks to wait with bad hair. I tried contacting the owner to discuss on a Saturday and was told I would have to wait until Tuesday. By 2 PM Tuesday I called to follow-up and was told I would get a call. Got an email after 9:30 PM telling me I got what I paid for and nothing else was needed. I have pictures from every hair apt over the last year showing the gray coverage in my appts. I'm not sure whether to think I was undercharged for the last year or.. Either way I think their customer service is something you should consider before going here.

I had a massage, a facial and a cut and color. It was the best color and cut I have ever received in 25 years! Aveda color is amazing! My color still looked fabulous at 8 weeks. The salon and spa staff were the best customer service professionals I have stumbled upon in this area!!! I highly recommend On the Green to everyone in Camden County...the prices and their service is by far the best in town!

I highly recommend this place to everyone! All the staff are very warm and pleasant, it truly is no wonder they have been voted Best Customer Service in Camden County 4 years in a row! Not to mention Best Salon and Best Spa for the last 4years! I go to Maura for my facials; with Aveda skincare products, I look 10 years younger and my skin is the best it has ever been in 15 years! As far as a stylist, I have been to Nicole or Sam and recently tried Jillian! They are all so amazingly talented, that I will go to who ever is open at the time I am booking, because I usually call last minute. The owner, Mary Rose is by far the sweetest woman I have ever met and she does so much for our community! I have actually seen her around town a few times and she recognizes me and says "hello"...that's a first class business owner! I love On the Green! I am their biggest fan!

I have used the same stylist for almost 10 years. I recently decided to make a change. It was a hard decision to decide on a new salon. I scheduled an appointment with Jillian at On The Green in December. From the moment I walked in the door I had a great experience. I was greeted by a professional young lady at the front who checked me in and brought me a beverage. Jillian came out immediately. The consultation was pleasant, she listened to me and offered her opinion. I left very pleased with the result of my services.



I have just had my 2nd appointment and had a similar experience. I have referred two close friends to On The Green.

I would like to say that this salon has gone above and beyond with their customer service. All of their staff are friendly and very personable. The stylists and massage therapists take their time to make sure that you enjoy your service with them. I recommend this salon to all of my friends and family.

The owner is not very pleasant, she is rude and if you are not her client, can care less about your business.



My stylist is wonderful and if it were not for her, I would not come back.

After highlighting my hair for 20+ years, I feel I know the best way for my hair to take the color. The stylist informed me that 'we don't use the dryer' here. Well, I have to sit under the dryer for the highlight to take and it was very aggravating to pay the $$$ that I did and come out of there with roots that didn't look like they'd been highlighted at all. Too much 'spa' fluff going on. Who cares about reading cards to determine which scent should be sprayed over you to evoke a mood. I wanted my hair highlighted, cut and styled in a timely manner. Didn't happen. Cut and blow dry were really bad ~ had to go home and do it over.

Everyone there is very nice, and they do a great job on everything!
