Overall

they have great staff. However...

they have great staff. However, I personally missed one appointment and when I made an appointment for my daughter I wasnt given a card for her but I was for my other son so naturally I didnt know there was an appointment for my other child.I have a busy life as most and would have appreciated the calls or emails that I would have normally received .I called to make amends and explain how I wasnt given the appropriate notice but that wasnt enough.
