        Never ever again

        I purchased a sectional in April of 2009. 4 days after delivery the arm of the sofa detached from the platform. They replace the sofa and it happened again 3 months later in which I asked for a refund. I was told that they would not give me my money back but instead they would give me a store credit.



        I used the store credit to purchase a sofa from their top of the the line "American Signature Collection" and have had 3 service calls and then replaced the sofa on June of 2010... It is now August and the platform has dropped 4 inches down with a broken crossbar.... I DO NOT want another piece of furniture.... I DO NOT want another service call.... I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

        Customer service it has NOT!

        I have bought many things at this Value City Furniture. I bought a table 4 months ago and the top of the table has started to "blister" I had the understanding that the table had a 1 year warr on its serface.

        I called had some one come out and take pictures and they told me that they could do nothing about it!

        They stated that the thought it was too close to my kitchen window! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!! They said the sunlight did it because I had a cotton table cloth on it to PROTECT it from scraches they say the table cloth and sun did the damage and they would not replace it.

        So I am telling everyone not to buy from this store go to weekends only if you want a deal!
