I was at this T-Mobile on Saturday 2/10/18 and the manager who claim his name was Craig was very rude, unprofessional, he gave very poor customer service I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this store! He told me is wasn’t his job to provide me with certain information about my account. My brother & I had to call in and file a complaint about the manager and the poor service he provided! The service, the experience, was an absolute ZERO!! We let the store unhappy, and still with no answers about our account!

Provided by SuperpagesHorrible customer service! Store associates do not understand the true meaning of customer service. Yet employees take of unauthorized breaks, walk off on customers, leave non experienced associates by them selves when they need assistance with other customers, they are insulting and highly disrespectful. Other T-Mobile stores in the St. Louis area welcome there customers but the T-Mobile store on Loughborough leave customers waiting up to 30 minutes to an hour without acknowledging the customers presents of being there. The ironic thing is that the store does not be busy during these times. Also note that these employees have frequent attitudes towards the customers. I experienced this for myself and witness several other customers deal with the same problems I have. Ive dealt with these issues for the last few years and because of it, I go to another location for better service. This is by far some of the worst customer service experience I've ever had. If yellow pages would have let me continue without selecting any stars, I would have. I had been a customer of T Mobile for about a year and a half when I decided I wanted to upgrade to a smart phone. I went in to this location and got what I thought was a pretty good deal at the time-the salesman set up a new account for me so that I could get the same deal a new customer would (If you ever decide to go this route, beware-the salesman is most likely only doing this to give himself a bigger commission and there are hidden troubles for you). I was using the T Mobile hot spot through my old phone to get internet at home, and the salesman went through all the pricing with me and gave me the options for the new plan. I left the store thinking I had everything finished, but was unpleasantly surprised when my internet was turned off and I received a rather large bill for the previous line/phone number I had. Apparently I personally had to call to cancel the old line, even though I had been told everything was finished. This was bad enough, but each time I went in to the store to try to take care of it I was given a different phone number to call, a different amount to pay, and a different website to use, none of which worked. In addition to the bill debacle, by this time the new phone was malfunctioning, freezing, dropping and not accepting calls, and after repeated trips to the store and repeated exchanges on the phone, I was still having the same problem with it. Each time the representative claimed that they had no idea why I was having so many problems. After the fifth warranty exchange I received a completely new phone. Like the first one, this one worked for the fist few weeks and then suddenly it was dropping and not receiving calls, freezing, and turning itself off. Again, we went back into the store and asked for a manager and we were shuffled around to a girl who claimed to be the manager, but did not know how to even search for us in the database. The final straw for me and T Mobile was when my phone was stolen the day I was moving. I had had enough of this store and went to a different location since I had heard of people tracking their phones before, but they could not help me because I had never gone online to activate the tracking on the phone (one of the "advantages" that was never explained to me when I originally purchased the additional insurance). Like many people in this day and age, I do not have a land line and rely solely on my cell phone. My fiance travels for work so when he was not home it became virtually impossible for him to get ahold of me. I finally decided it was in my best interest to pay the cancellation fee and move on to a new cell phone service. Overall, the majority of the staff in this store are extremely rude and incompetent. Had details been explained to me I could have avoided the majority of my problems, or in the very least not been so frustrated had someone showed an ounce of empathy. I would never recommend this store to anyone.
