St. Louis Bread Co.

Visited this Bread Co at 4:30 on a Tuesday. When the 2 of us walked in, we were the only ones in this cafe. I Ordered 2 pick twos and they could not get my order correct. When I brought it to the preparer's attention that one order got chicken noodle, but the other got chicken rice she gave me a sigh as if I bothering her. I also asked for chips rather than bread for my granddaughter since I was not asked my preference when placing my order, and then I got a disgusted look. I also asked for butter for the order with the bread, but the young girl walked away saying there were too many people talking in here and that she needed to go home. I stood there asking for butter again, from anyone behind the counter who happened to be listening, and also let them know they forgot to give me the chocolate milk I ordered, and got an attitude from a different lady. So I said to her, ya know, if you all could fill this order correctly maybe there wouldn't be so much talking going on. I mean this cafe was not even busy at the time. Her reply was an excuse rather than an apology, saying, "ma'am there's a lot going on here!" Excuse me? It is their job to serve the public and fill their orders accurately. Her lame excuses do not cut it for me. As far as I'm concerned, this cafe's staff needs additional training or how to serve the public, from taking guests orders to the person filling the order as well as the lady who appeared to be in charge of this crew. Awful experience. I won't be back.
