Dental Care
Dental care for your pet is just as important as it is for humans! Every time you come in for a wellness exam, your pet's teeth will be checked for signs of dental disease and we will provide you with recommendations for how to maintain good dental condition. We are trained in the latest in animal dentistry should your dog or cat require a cleaning or more advanced procedure.
Vaccination
Vaccinations are key to preventing disease and managing your pet's health. We will work with you to develop a vaccination program to suit your pet's needs and based on their lifestyle, age, and medical history.
Comprehensive Examination
Your wellness checkup will include a full physical exam, from head to tail. We encourage you to bring in any medical history you have for your pet or have files from a previous provider transferred to us. It is important to us to get to know your pet, so please share everything you think will be important. Dr. Bock can still work with any information you have. Please download and complete our New Patient Registration form and bring it with you on your first visit. We offer a variety of convenient payment options.

Parasites Treatment and Control
Absolutely! Your dog doesn’t ever even have to go outside to be at risk of parasite infestation and exposure to the diseases they carry. Mosquitos, fleas, and ticks can all sneak into your home and get at your pet. And once they do, all it takes is a single bug and a single bite to transmit something as dangerous as heartworm disease to your pet.
Pain Management
Southwick is one of the only hospitals in the area that offers vet laser therapy. A painless, gentle, and safe treatment, laser therapy directs laser light to penetrate the tissue. It can be used for pain management and reducing inflammation to treating a wide variety of medical conditions. We offer dog laser therapy & cat laser therapy. Ask us if you think your pet might be a good candidate.

Veterinary Surgery
We perform both routine and advanced surgery in our animal hospital. For advanced surgical procedures, we have partnered with a board-certified surgeon, Dr. Jennifer Wardlow of Gateway Veterinary Surgery. This team approach allows the balance of convenience while still offering the expertise of a surgical specialist in our office. We are excited to have the opportunity to help your special pet. We will undertake any surgical procedure compassionately and with an eye to effectiveness in our state-of-the-art facility in St. Louis MO.
