South County Auto Plaza is the best used car dealership that I found. The sales guys are great and treat you like family. I bought a 2006 Nissan Quest from here a month ago and have no issues at all. This is the only place I will shop for a used car. They work with everyone. My credit wasn't that great but they worked with me and got me into the vehicle I wanted. So that being said give them a call. Cause I highly recommend you to buy a vehicle from here. If you want to be treated like your own family this is the place. They are # 1 in my book. Thanks guys. I will never buy a car from here again I had the worst first car buying experience. I wouldn't even rate this place one star if I could go any lower. I brought a ford explore sports trac from here and before I bought It I told them I had a broken radio it took after 3 month of calling them and fighting with them to finally fix it. They also said they'd fix my door actuator and never did they even said they sent it over to Dave Sinclair ford to have it looked at and they even said ford couldn't figure it out. The manger Dan told this to my face. So I decided to go over to ford and asked them if my car is ever been in there which It has not been since 2013 which I brought it in 2015. Finally I I got my door actuator fixed because of salesman Jolie and he was not even my sales person that sold me the car. Tom was he's not a good sales person he never kept his word on nothing

Bought a car on 6-10, got my emissions 10 days later and tried to register only to realize we had no title. When calling to find out where my title was they told me to call back when my salesman was working bc I guess he is the only one who can look info up. With working full time being in third trimester with a toddler at home finally called back on 6-27 and still no title. Lady stated that it went in mail that day as certified so should be there in couple days at most. Which meant I had to get to post office during open hours to pick up, I received the title and loan paperwork a few days later, leaving me with a week to register, only to go in license office again to find out the promised safety inspection wasnt with paperwork, had they not said it would come with a safety I could have had it done with emissions, when calling again they said if it wasnt sent it must have expired. The easy thing for them would have been to do a safety inspection before9re sending paperwork. Instead telling me to bring it up the next day...40 min away! We brought to our local place, they stated they will refund but its literally the last day. Im full time worker and this caused so much headache/stress/late for work that im downright angry.
