My oldest has been going here every month for the last 3yrs for braces. The most annoying/upsetting thing is by far the rudeness and laziness of the employees that work the front desk. I've called dozens of times to schedule appts or ask a simple question only to be greeted with " hold please, then put on hold for however long it takes me to hang up, or someone will repeatedly pick up and say hold please about 10 times. A few times I waited just to see how long I could remain on hold and it was 47 minutes and 18 seconds before I gave up. You can call and be put on hold forever meanwhile call from another phone and be answered right away while still being on hold on another line? Just depends on the luck of who answers. Insurance is never run properly which will cause you to either pay way more than you are quoted or you'll have to spend countless hours on the phone and mail all the bills in yourself. Also, estimated treatment time will be 1/2 as long as real time if youre lucky.
