I would not go anywhere else to do my nails. I have been going there for over 12 years and have never had a problem. If my nail polish came off or cracked they would fix it immediately. Friendly and accommodating. I have sent many friends there and they are happy too.

I would never go to this place again. I paid over $80 for waxing, pedicure and full set of nails. they were shaped awfully and so I went back then they were too thin and broke off within a week. my eyebrows weren't thinned and they left odd hairs allover I had to handle myself before my brothers wedding. My pedicure was great. The acrylic they used was cheap I asked for pink and gel and was told they did that when what they really did was UV gel which is different. None of my nails were shaped evenly I paid for full set of tips yet they cut and filed all of them down to where there aren't any tips hardly and I got the white tips so that would NOT be an issues. So now I have to wait for them to grow out enough where my normal nail tech can make them square with slighly rounded edges since they completely rounded them and they dont match my nornal nails. I was so embarrassed at my brothers wedding. I totally wasted my money and its a lot of money to me. I wouldnt recommend waxuing I got chin, upperlip and eyebrows and they only got about have and charged m e $20. My chin has obvious hairs that I had to do myself. the only thing I feel I got money's worth was pedicure that was awesome!! I felt I got attitude when I went by to complain and they did try to fix but obviously didnt understand what I was asking for!!! Very frustrating and felt I wasted my hard earned money and I am a single Mom of twins and I don't make much as it is.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! THEY ALWAYS DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. BUT WHAT IS SO REMARKABLE IS THAT THEY KNOW EACH CUST NAME AND HOW THEY LIKE THEIR NAILS DONE. HOW THE REMEMBER EVERYONES NAME IS BEYOND ME. I'VE NEVER HAS A PROBLEM WITH MY NAILS SINCE IVE BEEN GOING THERE.THEY ALSO OFER A WIDE VARITY OF OTHER SERVICES TOO. ALL OF THE LADIES IN MY FAMILY GO TO THIS SHOP AND MY CLOESET FRIENDS TOO.
