Missouri Petroleum put gravel down on a street by my work. One of my supervisors got gravel in his tire which made his tire flat. So I called two times before I got someone to call me back. There were signs posted saying to drive at your own risk, but I was calling to find out if the street was done or if they were going to do something else to it. I couldn't imagine it was done with all kinds of loose gravel all over. So the guy that called me back was very rude, had no customer service skills at all and basically said that obviously the tires needed replaced anyway. Not even an I'm sorry or nothing. I was just taken back on the tone of this guy (I can't even call him a gentleman) and how rude he was while talking to me. So, I would DEFINATELY think twice before asking this company for any road work. And yes, he finally said that the road work was done that we just had to wait for a good rain to wash away the remaining gravel. Amazing.
