I have had an awesome experience with Front Door. They have been incredibly helpful and really, very kind. I decided that I needed to move back home, and I looked for a subleasor. After some very unfortunate happenings, I was left hanging by the man who was supposed to take over my lease. The management worked very hard to help me find someone new, and actually found someone for me. They have rules set up in their lease, and I think it is unfortunate that some people don't realize that a lease is a contract to which they agree to. If you are a respectful, decent tenant who follows the rules, I believe Front Door is an awesome company to rent from. If I ever moved back to the city, I would rent from them again.

Front Door offers living right off SLU's campus which is great because options next to campus are very limited. Most of my friends (myself included) have lived with Front Door as upperclassmen. I even just signed for another year with them.

The new office location in The Grove is easy to get to and always fully staffed. I've never had to wait to talk to someone at the office with is very efficient and allows for dealing with questions and paying rent easy.

The Front Door community is a great place to live! I live in one of their buildings near the SLU medical school, and I just renewed my lease for my fifth year! They keep rent prices competitive- especially when you factor in the workout center in my building and the individual washer/dryer in each unit. A lot of their properties are renovated so that everything is relatively new and stylish, but with accents of the original architecture. I also love that I can pay rent and submit maintenance requests online... and rent isn't considered late until after the 5th of every month. My maintenance issues have been few and minor, but maintenance has always been very quick to respond. I have never had a bad experience renting from Front Door, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new apartment.

Front Door STL is truly an amazing place to live. My friends and I signed our lease last year (renewed lease for another year) and to this day, I have had zero complaints with them. Whenever I need to make a maintenance request, it is always addressed in a timely fashion. I live in the Theresa Park Lofts and it is wonderful how they took an old school and transformed it into a modern living space for all sorts. The apartment is equipped with a fitness center, surveillance cameras everywhere, washer/dryer in each apartment and so much more. The staff are super friendly and relate to students and/or families so well. They always make sure that the property is kept clean which is a plus for me because I hate clutter. Another perk about FrontDoor is that I can pay my rent online and request maintenance fixes there, as well. Overall, I would recommend FrontDoor to friends, co-workers, and incoming SLU students because I enjoy where I live and I believe other people should get a chance to experience what I've gotten to experience.

Great trendy apartments! I felt safe with the cameras systems, gated parking, and the 24hr front desk staff! Great place to live!!!

My wife and I have lived in one of Front Door's apartments around the SLU area for the past 3 years and we just renewed for a 4th year. We have been very happy with the service and amenities they offer for a competitive price. We have central air, a washer/dryer in unit, a very modern/updated looking apartment as well as access to a fitness center, all of which are typically hard to find in the city for a decent price. Anytime we have a problem, which is pretty rare, their maintenance is right on top of it and gets it resolved in a timely manner, typically within a day. Front Door has been a great landlord and we have had no issues with them in the last 3 years we've been living here. Highly recommended!

Don't worry, they will take care of you. The application process is very fast. You can get all of your paperwork and be approved in one day. The rent is very reasonable for what is included in rent. There are even properties with internet, cable, and electric included in your rent. Maintenance always responds right away and the staff in the office are very helpful. They know their stuff too! Anytime I've ever communicated with them everything has always been taken care of. Moving three times in just two years is something I had to do unexpectedly but all three FrontDoor apartments have been awesome and the move has been very smooth each time. Go FrontDoor! You Rock!

I have lived in loop lofts for a little over 6 months and have no complaints. The staff is friendly and always responds in a timely manner. The property is kept clean. I love the 24 hr security and the fact that the property is gated and keycard entry only. No problems with my neighbors or noise. I absolutely love it here.!

I have no complaints with FrontDoor. I am medical student at SLU living in the Grove area for the past year. The staff were always friendly and helpful in answering any of my questions or needs. I had no problems with any of the utilities or with the apartment in general. I would definitely recommend FrontDoor to my friends.

I'm honestly really surprised to see a few bad reviews for FrontDoor, as I have nothing but really nice things to say about them. I'm a student at WashU School of Medicine and I have been living in The Grove for the past two years, and I just renewed my lease for yet another year. They have always treated me with extreme courtesy and have responded to any service requests incredibly fast (They even come change my light bulbs!). Paying rent is online and easy. I have a in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, central air and all the amenities my classmates that live in the CWE are jealous at a fraction of the price they pay. All in all, I haven't had a single problem with the management or hidden fees like some claim here. I'm truly happy and looking forward to another year in The Grove with FrontDoor!

I was so excited to start my upperclass years at SLU living with FrontDoor in the Coronado. Living in the Lindell-Vandeventer apartments was an equally pleasant experience under their management. The staff, both day and night, was very helpful if I needed assistance getting into my apartment or had issues with other tenants. Maintenance requests were fixed in a timely manner and the upgraded cable and internet was a fantastic surprise this last year. I would recommend living with Front Door to any SLU student and beyond.

I've lived very happily at Loop Lofts, which is managed by FrontDoor, LLC for three years. I have not had a single complaint or problem in all that time. This apartment is spacious, well-designed, immaculate, and comfortable. The management staff has, without exception, been courteous and professional. I am retired, and it is my plan to remain here. I see no reason to live elsewhere!

FrontDoor is a great place for students at Saint Louis University. The properties are really close to campus which makes getting to class really easy. I currently live on one of their medical campus properties and it is so convenient to be so close! The apartments have really nice hardwood floors and high ceilings, so it all feels very open! I would definitely recommend FrontDoor to anyone who asked.

This is a great company to rent from. You get high-end finishings without the added costs. The hardwood floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances really make the apartments look classy! Great apartments for students going to St. Louis University due to location and ease of getting to campus. It only takes me 4 minutes to get to my classes!

I just moved into a FrontDoor apartment at the beginning of the summer, and I've been nothing but thrilled! The apartment itself is beautiful and well built, and any maintenance concerns I've had have been promptly adressed. When I first moved into the apartment it was still a little bit messy, but when the leasing staff saw it during the inspection they immediately had cleaning go back into the apartment until it was up to their standards. The leasing staff has been nothing but friendly and helpful to me whenever I've had questions! Tons of my friends live with FrontDoor as well, and all of them are very happy! I'm not sure why this place gets such a bad wrap on these sites--I think it's just people that have one bad experience and choose to publicize it. I can't tell you what a great experience FrontDoor has given me in my very first apartment!!
