Auto Evaluators

Despite a very rude female employee whose name begins with D., we were loyal customers of Auto Evaluators. We had gone there, reluctantly, for years. It seemed that we would simutaneously get something "fixed" and something else would break. Freaky. We spent 5000.00 to have a new engine, new radiator, hoses, etc.....After each repair, it had another problem within 2 weeks. I felt like none of their work was ever really guaranteed. After engine/radiator replacement the car stops within 6 weeks. Pay 200.00 more. Then within one year, brand new radiator has leak. Part is within warranty. Since we went for an oil change somewhere else, response was that they, Auto Evaluators wouldn't take responsibility for the repair. They are able to get another radiator for free, if they return the old one to manufacturer. An incredibly rude lady, "D", informed us that they really didn't have any responsibility for it. Don't patronize this place. Company image ruined by a rudeness of one employee.

Auto Evaluators has the worst customer service. After being customers for years (despite rude lady at desk) they have finally driven us away. After every repair, something else breaks. Freaky. Then after spending over $5000.00 for new engine, radiator, hoses, car dies within 6 weeks. FIne, they don't want to cover any of it. Then brand new radiator leaks. Defensive, rude, unprofessional woman at front desk "D", basically states that they can't know "who" broke the radiator. We had paid 35.00 for an oil change, and only an oil change, that morning. The part is under warranty and she still was so immediately defensive about it, that we felt that her initial concern was to blame someone else. Instead of being pragmatic and realizing that we had been loyal to the business, her primary concern was to not have to repeat their work (under 600) for radiator. Never patronize this business. There have been too many "unfixed", unguaranteed repairs. I felt D was acting in "bad faith"
