I absolutely loved this place when I used to go there.. I wish I lived closer to it though.. am trying to implement a lot of what I learned at this club into a home routine.. but if push comes to shove may be going back. The staff is AWESOME.. the trainers are SO PATIENT !! The machines are great. and such a wide variety of machines to choose from.. whether you want to tone.. increase cardio strength, endurance, even has an indoor track, individual classes for spinning/aerobics, etc., and a pool !
