Long Island Remodel & Contracting Vazac Contracting has been in business in St. James since 1985. Fred Vazac, a native of St. James, is the company president and owner. We are licensed and insured in Suffolk County, Nassau County and Southampton, New York. We are a member of the St. James Chamber of Commerce. We also belong to the Certainteed Roofing Council, as well as a certified craftsman by Wolverine Vinyl Products and The National Association of Remodeling Industry. We are a 16-year St. James/Smithtown Little League sponsor, and a 7-year sponsor of the Nesconset Heat Girls Fast Pitch Softball Team. Vazac Contracting only uses the highest quality building materials. Quality work and customer satisfaction are always our top priorities. No job is too big or too small.
