I have been going to tanglez for about two years now. The stylist I trust with my hair is Neddy. I always make an appointment with her. Walk ins are welcomed but if you are going to have some work done on your hair like color, hi lights or keratin I like to make an appt. the wait time is minimal about 10-15 mins. Everytime she does my hair I get nothing but good comments. Who do you goto? What's the name of the color in your hair? Everyone loves my hair as well as I do. She has even done my hair for a wedding I was attending. I brought in a picture and she duplicated it perfectly.I also got good comments on that hairstyle as well. Price is good and reasonable. Atmosphere is as welcoming and pleasant as can be. I am hesitant with drastic changes to my hair but Neddy will suggest something she thinks may work with my hair and I think about it because i get nervous but I haven't been disappointed yet.She is 5 stars to me. I went in to get my hair cut and colored they did a really bad job. The lady had her son with her so she rushed me out so fast i couldnt believe it. The blonde she put in my hair was so fake looking everyone commented on it i was so embarassed. There unproffessional here go somewhere else there's a reason they have 7$ haircuts

Decent shop, fast service, but most important are the results: great! My husband and I have had Paula, the owner, cut our hair a half-dozen times here with perfect results. I got my first cut when I was losing some serious hair and Paula maximized whatever was left of it. Now, fully regrown, she has done some superb cutting in a few minutes. I also love their spray-on solution although I hate when my hair is not fully wet at the sink or shampooed before a cut. Whatever conditioner they use in that sprayer bottle, it leaves our hair like silk and without any buildup (though we wash it out within a few hours anyway). I'd seriously recommend this shop for razor and curly hair cuts. Make an appointment ahead of time to be safe. Parking directly in front (strip mall) or on side streets; shop is just west of Mutt's on Hwy. 192 aka 13th Street. Oh yeah, all cuts are $7 (and sometimes $5 if they run a special). Tip well :)

The first time I went to this salon, I was very displeased with the way the owner was with my hair. She was very rushed and cut it uneven. She isn't very welcoming once she realized she has your business. She also didn't give me the layers I asked for. The prices are very reasonable though so I went back a second time and a stylist named Julie or Julia did my hair this time. She is absolutely amazing. She takes her time and makes sure she does it right. Her customers are very valuable to her. Everytime I go, I make an appointment with her and her only. She does beautiful work.

I was referred to Paula the owner of this salon. I got a full foil highlight, and cut. My hair looks amazing. She is fast and was in and out under 2-1/2 hours, my hair is thick and long. I absolutely love my hair, I recommend Tanglez to everyone. Their prices are very affordable, the salon is clean and cute. I love the individual rooms for the stylists it is so personable, I LOVE TANGLEZ HAIR SALON - GO THERE!!!!!!

Had my hair done here and I should have ran when the lady was coming my hair, but actuall tearing it out :( I asked for trim, she cut 2 to 3 inches off....I really hate it when they do that, exspecially when I didnt want my lengh touched...not good at all, place was not clean, chairs horrible, towel were all bleached and she washed my hair with something that left a nasty build, had to wash it twice..i will be visiting a salon to try and fix it....Lesson Learned...runnnnn..

The owner of the salon does the best razor cut, I have ever had. She said she has been a hairdresser for 30 years and it shows. She was quick, precise and I absolutely love my hair - I recommend Tanglez to everybody. The salon is so cute and they make you feel at home with their southern charm.

Paula the owner at Tanglez did the best color ever on my hair. I am always skeptical of a new hairdresser, but so many people told me she is the best and I recommend all my friends to her. The salon is cozy and chic and has a warm welcome feel - go check it out. Love it!!!!!! Thanks Paula

The owner is too rushed and makes serious mistakes. You get what you pay for and it is not good.
