This review is for the customer service I received.
The rep was very helpful. Since the broken tool I had received during the holidays was not purchased by me and I had no receipt I was expecting problems.
He just ordered the part I needed ( at my request ), no hassle.
The reason I did not lower the rating to 3 or 4 is because the box was not damaged what so ever so I believe the part was broken prior to it being packaged. I'm guessing Craftsman is at fault.

The store doesn't open until 10am. YP says it opens at 9:30am. I think everyone should get on the same page. I drove clear up to make a payment to find out they don't open until 10am.
