The wings and the buffalo chips we ordered were OK, but we had asked for Mild Wings and the wings were all but mild. The location was crowded for 8:00 pm and LOUD. In fact a little to loud to enjoy ourselves. They appeared to have enough help on, but getting served was quite a challenge. This was our first time at eating there, and can see why our kids like it, but was not our kind of place.

The DM and VP are rude. I think the VP name is Tim Gradner. Both are rude to the guest after we complained about or vist in St.Peters. We been to Olive, St.Peters,St.Charles,O'fallon, and Wentzville Dont get me wrong the companies food is good at "times" depending on which one you may vist. However, the vist we hade in St.Peters was awfull. The manager on duty was Loretta, and she was "sitting at the bar" while the store was busy. We did tell her the problem and after it was all said and done she only took one thing off our tab. We are not trying to get "free food" but we wanted her to apoligze and thats it hoping the next vist the problem would not occur the next time. We went there many times and every time somthing went wrong. My wife loves the food, however, I told her we would try another location. We went to the O'fallon,MO one and our waitress was Erica, and the bartender was Jeff. Both were great to be around and nice to talk to. They has 3 managers on duty for a UFC fight and the managers Ty,Jason, and Cole were super. All three were out and about talikng and having a fun time with the guest and their staff. I have to admit though that O'fallon needs a upgrade in TV's. If they want to compete with St.Peters they need all thier old stuff replaced. Even with that flaw we still go to O'fallon, MO to see the staff and the managers. If they lose either the managers I named earlier or the staff we keep getting we will no longer be GUEST at any BWW in the area. Adivce for the owners: Replace the district manager and V.P. with the Manager team in O'fallon, MO. The three mangers KNOW how to talk with the GUEST and are always helping their staff out. I hope one day they will upgrade this store. If I ever see their V.P again I will tell him what I think and If they staff ever leaves ot the management team is gone we will too.
Sincerly,
Todd G. Hedder
