In 2014 I paid the $12,000 for a new roof. Now 7 years later I have to hire a rebuttable roofing company and pay them another $12,000 to get it completely replaced. How would you feel? Almost every aspect of the roof was installed wrong and it leaks like it isn't even there. When I called Hammer, i was told that they don't have a warranty program and that no company will warranty after a year. The companies I am dealing with now offer a 10 year on labor and at least a 25 year on the shingle. hammer could not even tell me they were sorry. If you choose to use them, get everything in writing, especially the warranty and keep it safe, you will need it.

I called Hammer about evidence of mold under my kitchen sink. I told them I was very worried and upset because I was getting sick. I also informed them of what other remediators had said I needed to do and that they all had different opinions and that I wasn't sure what to do. After few minutes I was told that they "did not want my business" when I talked about getting an inspection to see where the mold was and if there was a water leak by drilling holes and using cameras and special mold detection equipment. This company showed no in depth understanding my distress or the options available to me. This company has a lot of connections with contractors and businesses but those references do not know the real quality of the company. The reiew is a warning to future potential customers. I do not believe this company has your best interest in mind. They will do major restoration without concern for the long term needs of the customer and fail to recommend many options that may be necessary to prevent future recurrences of the issue and better target the problem.

Hammer restoration came to our rescue after my Moms hot water heater burst. Tyler and Tyler came and set all the blowers up and did their extreme water extracting of the carpets. They were SO polite and calm and patient ...true professionals. I would recommend this company to all of you who ever need your home repaired in an orderly fashion.

Hammer Restoration turned a nasty emergency (sewage backed up into our bathroom –and beyond, ugh!) into a bearable experience. Tom eased our stress by managing the entire mitigation and restoration process, including insurance details, with exceptional professionalism and compassion. Hammer’s response was immediate, and customer satisfaction was always their chief concern. Tyler, Mark and Dan were great: knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. Amazingly, they were also careful, courteous, and downright pleasant throughout the extraction, sanitization and deconstruction process. Reconstruction also went smoothly; crew members were respectful and hardworking. Our house was restored so well it now appears as though the sewage backup never happened. While I hope never to experience a situation like this again, I will call on Hammer Restoration in a heartbeat should the need arise. They said they'd come to the house and never called back or showed up. Then when we called them we were told they didn't handle that kind of water damage and gave us a number to another company... No one really seemed to know how to handle a very MINOR water leak in a house or how to send someone out to access the damage. Very unprofessional and uneducated.
