The Big Salad Shop

I'm a bit of a salad purist. I want what is on the menu to be exactly what is in my salad. This place uses a spring mix as the base for their salads that includes things like carrots. Don't get me wrong, I like carrots, but not when they weren't part of the salad description. Also, they give you a list of like 8 different dressings to choose from. I need that decision to be made for me by someone who knows the menu and has already decided which dressing pairs best with each salad. Someone who is a better salad person than me would probably love this place.
