        About Power Inn Alliance The Alliance is a Property and Business Improvement District ( PBID ), created in 2006 to "Advocate for business, transportation and community" in the largest industrial area in the city and county of Sacramento. Representing the largest industrial area in Northern California, Power Inn Alliance is a non-profit organization advocating for businesses, transportation and communities located in the southeastern quadrant of Sacramento. In short, The Alliance is the defacto chamber of commerce, the business advocate and the community spokesperson for the entire area. Planning and Zoning Oversight: Collaborating with the City and County on permitting, sign ordinance, code enforcement, and related issues.
