great friendly atmosphere faculty is nice and helpful most of the time . great for kids wait room has plenty of stuff to keep kiddos busy

Although going to the dentist isnt my boyfriends favorite, he still went! They were friendly and he was in the least amount of discomfort he could be in. Overall good!

The dentist was nice and did a good job explaining what he was doing to my teeth, but they didn't explain the cost of it. On top of that they charged my insurance for x-rays that were not even done and that they don't cover and I have to pay no $600 out of pocket and I just had one crown done. That's not it, I told them I wanted to do monthly payments or the middle of the month and I realized that they did auto deduction already from my bank account and wasn't even the amount we agreed on. Now they scheduled me to get my wisdom teeth extracted and ended up re-scheduling but I will definitely be canceling that appointment now, I don't want any hidden fees again.

This office is unbelievable! Long story short, they tricked me into signing for services I did not want. I never got the services, but still they billed my insurance for them. Now that I want the services (not from them!), I can not get them b/c my insurance thinks I already received the services from Park Place Dental! I've tried to get this cleared up with the office manager, and she doesn't return calls, doesn't respond to my letters, and when I've gone in to meet with her, she's ironically never there. She's always at a training, at lunch, or just not in the office ... the front office claims. Yea, whatever! I've called the Better Business Bureau, but they have not heard back from this place either! DO NOT GO THERE! They seem nice at first, the office is new and seemingly high-tech, but every person in there is a scam artist (from the front desk people, to the dentist, to the billing lady, to the office manager herself! I've read MANY reviews on different websites (sadly, too late) that they've all been skrewed by this place, too! Save your money and your teeth! Go elsewhere!
