Jeff at Jaws tried to rip me off!!!

I was quoted one price on the phone but when I got down there he tried to charge me double what he quoted. Buyers beware!

All quotes for service over the phone are not going to be exact when repairing a differential due to the fact we cannont see what is wrong. That is why we always suggest an inspection of the vehicle which costs $50.00 in most cases and goes towards any work we perform on the differential because it gives us a chance to properly diagnose the differential and give a concrete cost for all repairs not just what a customer "thinks" may be wrong and needs to be replaced. We are always straight forward and honest with our customers to avoid these type of situations and give you the customer the chance to approve or decline any repairs before we start.

Horrible Company Bad customer Service

We are a repair shop and gave the owner the exact information he asked for. He sent the wrong part and it was HIS mistake but he made US pay for the return shipping. Save yourself a lot of trouble and money and go somewhere else!
