Draeger, James, AGT

James Draeger sold a solar system to my dad under the business name of Kuubix. He told my dad he would give him $1000 cash for each referral. My dad referred me. He came out representing himself as an employee of Kuubix. His card and all the paperwork he gave me had the Kuubix logo. He also told me if I signed with him he would give my dad the $1000 referral. On 5/8/18 my solar was installed. That's a whole other story as it never got turned on until 7/12/18. As of 6/4/18 he fell off the face of the earth, not answering his phone, returning calls or text messages. When I finally contacted Kuubix directly I was informed that Jim Draeger is not a Kuubix employee. He is a contracted sales person. He NEVER disclosed this to me. The owner of Kuubix has been outstanding to work with and to this day 7/25/18, Kuubix is still trying to get Jim Dreager to give my dad his $1000 referral fee. The company has talked to him and he keeps telling them he will contact myself or my dad about it and never has. I would not recommend doing business with this person as he lied to us and can't be trusted.
