This office is awesome. It's hard to say all this without a big smile on my face. I was impressed. I was told exactly what was going to be done and why. They listened and I mean listened to all my concerns. I like details and they patiently explained everything. At the end when money was explained again they informed me about my plan with Delta dental. Even with that they were honest and said they can't always estimate exactly but would help me get the answers they may not know with my benefits. I only wrote this after I had many visits and I think they're great still. It was all true from the beginning. They may cost more but it is worth it.

My husband Bill and I have been patients of Dr. Pam's for more than 20 years. We love Dr. Pam and Dr. Stella! (Sorry - I've never met the third partner - I'm sure she's wonderful too!) We started when I worked downtown and could get there easily. After trying other dentists "up the hill" I think it says everything that we choose to drive almost 60 miles round trip to keep coming. And not just for ourselves - we do separate trips for each of our kids. We love you guys!

I cannot say enough about Dr.DiTomasso office and her staff, they are very thorough and explain everything they are the best. You are always greeted with a smile and I have never seen any of the staff in a bad mood. They truly love what they are doing and it shows. I have been going to the Sacramento office for a couple of years and I highly recommend them.

Nothing but good things to say about Di Tomasso Dental. Having some major work done and the care and skill that Dr. Pam and staff have shown is outstanding. I have allways been confident that I am in good hands at all levels of the medical and financial process. Everyone is cheerfull, concerned, and dedicated to the care of their patients. I've been a patient for 20 plus years and I think they are the best office in town. Their staff and the doctors take a lot of classes and now Dr.Pam teaches too. All of the doctors are female which means to me they have very caring, gentle, small hands. The atmosphere is totally updated, clean and high tech. They don't skimp on technology, big flat screens to see my xrays and camera to see my teeth. Ignore those losers who wrote bad reviews and decide for yourself. I had to leave for a short while due to insurance and came running back.

I have been a patient of this Dental Group now for years. I have had bad experiences all my life until finding this Dentist Group... I LOVE THEM! They are always personable, caring, keep up with the newest and most current treatments and technology... they let you watch TV or listen to Music of your choice while being treated. They are the BEST!

I moved out of the Sacramento area two years ago and I miss this office so much. I always felt very comfortable with Dr. Pam and Dr. Stella and their staff. I also liked the fact that they seemed to keep up with the latest research and technology and were very proactive about prevention. One of the dentists I visited since moving even commented that my previous fillings were done very well. I can't recommend this office enough. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the front office staff messed up my appointments a couple of times. Once there was some confusion about the time of my appointment and another time the dentist I was supposed to meet with was switched. I will say that both times they fixed the problem and got me in without having to reschedule.

This dental office is great! Dr. Pam is honest and straight forward with recommendations for dental treatment. All the staff is friendly and professional. The office is clean and the equipment is up to date with staff that is trained to use it. All the hygienist are friendly. Mary and Diana usually provide services for my Professional Cleaning. These ladies know how to run a office! GREAT JOB LADIES!!

The best dental office around! The all female staff is so warm and welcoming; it's like seeing old friends. Diana, my hygienist, is exceptional and truly cares for her patients. I can't recall a time in the past where I knew my hygienist's name, let alone established such a close relationships with her. I love how modern the office is and that they have the most current technology to give me the best care. Great location, superb service! This place sets the bar high for any dental office and should be the standard for customer satisfaction.

Everything was well explained and the new patient exam was very thorough. The technology in the office is very impressive and the staff is professional, helpful, and very nice.

The very first dentist experience I can remember was jumping out of the dentist chair and running straight into my mom's arms because I was so scared. They had to hold me down the rest of the appointment. I would have never thought after that first traumatizing experience that I would be such a fan of a DENTIST! But here, from the moment you walk in and are greeted by Tanya or Mariann with a warm smile, the experience is always a pleasant one. They are a step above the rest because unlike so many other businesses the great hospitality does not just stop there. My hygienist, Jonae always gets me promptly for my appointment and greets me by name which makes me feel valued and welcomed. She is always so concerned if I am comfortable and always takes the time to explain what she is doing to keep me in the loop. When Dr. Pam comes in to check-in she always gives me great innovative, and cost effective tips on how to keep my gums in great condition and my teeth healthy and sparkling white. It is clear that the employees here all care about the general well-being of the patients and are passionate about what they do. I highly recommend this Dental Office.

I have been a patient with Dr. Pam for 20 years. Everyone in this office is the best at what they do. You couldn't ask for anyone to take better care of your teeth and gums. Healthy gums don't bleed. I had bleeding gums for my entire life until I changed to this dental office. My hygienist Stella treated my gum disease and coached me in improving my home routine until my gum disease was in remission. NO more bleeding gums! These guys are the best! If you are looking for a fantastic dental office, I highly recommend this one.
