Awful customer service

Called to ask if we could come in to try on bridesmaids dresses, and the lady who answered the phone said sure you don't need an appointment. We went straight there and starting picking out dresses to try on seeing we were not greeted when we walked in. We then were told we had to leave because they were closed! Who kicks customers out of a store after they called to confirm they could come in?!

I went here for my prom dress, the customer service waas decent. I found it odd that the seamstress was the person helping me with my dresses. The prices were decent and the selection was decent too. I didn't find them to be rude and it was not a horrible experience. though this store is nothing spectacular.

definatly recommend the wishing well...consultants were very helpful in picking out styles that were flattering for me...i had originally been trying on styles i liked in the pictures but when i tried on they didn't look good ...i was confused and getting frustrated....then the consultant picked out 3 different styles and they were so nice on..i ended up with a style i would have never tried on if it hadn't been for her..price points were great..alterations were also included with dress...very happy with service.....

This is the worst place ever. !! They give you a low price for alterations so they get you to buy your dresses there and then when you pick it up the price is doubled. They take forever for them to do the alterations and they didnt even do mine correctly. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go here !! Stay away !

I have 3 daughters that have been married in the last few years. My last daughter purchased her gown here. If I had know how wonderful they were we would have done all 3 bridal gowns at this shop. I found them just the opposite of what other people said. They were wonderful and went out of the way to make this a wonderful experience for my daughter. There were a couple of incidents which will always happen when make this kind of purchase(the dress maker sent dress to wrong shop) They went above and beyond to fix the problem!!!!! I would tell anyone I know that this is the place to go for all your bridal needs

good experience..even though it was extremly busy consultant took her time with me and choose a dress i feel in love with..alterations were only 170 and phyllis did an awesome job...would definatly recommend this bridal store

Please be advised, their website is not updated. I went to the store to look at a gown I saw on line, was told rudely that was an "old sample" and it was not in the store, I asked if there were any other similar gowns I could look at and was pointed over to a rack. I was completely ignored and not offered any help. When I found a gown I asked if I could try it on and was pointed over to a dressing room. Noone came over to see how it fit or to offer any assistance. The three "saleswomen" in the store acted like I was not even there. From what I observed by their behavior and the way they carried themselves, they looked like they should be working in a very low end store and not a so called bridal salon. Overall, it was an awful experience and I would not recommend them to my family, friends or coworkers. There are other stores, I won't name any names, that are cleaner, have helpful salespeople, better prices, quality gowns for the price, and an up to date website

terrible customer service

the sales associates wouldn't deign leave their place behind the counter when we entered. If you wish to be treated rudely as you shop for your special dress, this is the place for you. Otherwise, give your money to a shop whose associates know how do do more than make snippy remarks.

DECEMBER: 2006. We were not approached by a sales associate, but were instead ignored when we entered the store. Once approached by a sales associate, we were rudely told to go "over there" to look at gowns (the sales clerk merely pointed to another part of the store). When trying on gowns, I was told by the sales associate that I could only try on seven gowns and would then have to leave (apparently there is a seven gown maximum "per visit".) Weddings are stressful enough to prepare for without so-called service like the kind I received at the Wishing Well. Needless to say, I am not going back there, and would advise other brides-to-be to stay away from that rude place.
