I have taken my 13lb Pomeranian to Bingo twice.

Eric was the groomer on both occasions.

Both times my dog was "trimmed" versus cut (what was asked for). The 2nd visit I dropped off at 10am and was told pick up between 2-3pm. I showed up at 3 p.m. to be advised my dog hadn't even been bathed yet ,much less groomed. I was told to come back in 30 minutes and she would be done. Came back 35 minutes later and still had to wait an additional 10 minutes for her to be blow dried. Needless to say the dog did not even look as if she had been trimmed in ANY way! Shedding so bad I took her elsewhere 3 weeks later. The subsequent groomer proceeded to show me underneath the belly where Bingo had not even touched my dog. Bingo had the nerve to charge me $55 + tip.!!! I've never been charged more than $40 EVER for grooming. GOODBYE BINGO. H

Thought I would try Bingo, but def headed back to Scrubbers in RO or Claws n Paws n Madison Heights are my favs (depending on availability). They are both great groomers.

I have had my personal Dog and Cats groomed at Bingo, along with the Rescue animals in my care. I am absolutely in LOVE with Bingo! The staff is polite, helpful and friendly. The groomers are talented and patient, treating each pet as if they were their own. My 9yr old Yorkie mix has never looked better and getting my cats groomed has significantly cut down on their shedding, saving me time on cleaning and it makes them feel better to. My long haired cat had problems with hairballs, after his trip to Bingo he hasn’t gotten sick once and is even more playful. He looks good and now feels good to. I would recommend Bingo to anyone!
