Quest Diagnostics

I was at quest today and Betty was rude and embarrassed not only me but my children in front of an office full of guests. While trying to catch up with her sister going to get a diaper bag out of the car my daughter was hurrying up to catch up with her sister and her purse caught on the door and she fell. When she came back from the car Betty told them they had to leave because she " couldn't have them acting like that" because she was "running" she was not running she was walking fast to catch up with her sister and her purse was caught on the door handle and she fell. She was not being disrespectful or "running" around I the office. But when they came back in. In front of everyone she yelled at them.



and told them they had to leave. She didn't ask if she was ok she didn't speak to me ( her mom) it was horrifying to both me and my daughter.

I completely understand needing to maintain safety in the lab but my daughter wasn't being unsafe. The mature and professional thing to do would have been to ask her first is she was ok... Then ask her not to "run" not humiliate me and my daughters.

I have been coming to this lab for years. I will be finding a new lab and be voicing my opinion to all my doctors.
