Every time I come here they one up the previous visit. From the service, to the little things like remembering one face out of the many they see day to day, to the workmanship, to the competitive prices, and so on and so forth, if you don't at least stop in and let them earn your business you do yourself a disservice. And as if they hadn't already done enough for me and my wife, the cold bottles of water on a hot Texas day made me a customer for years to come.

I came in during Christmas to look for an engagement ring and decided to look around a little more. A week later a card and a bill arrived in the mail for $6500. I never signed or agreed to anything. My credit score dropped 50 points because they charged a ring to my credit without my permission. Dont trust these people.

The service in the shop was excellent. Very good customer services from Saleem.i walked out with my beautiful weeding ring and a chain.high quality stuff.i will recommend anybody to visit the store and have the experience. I will go back again.

service by a guy named Lucky. We are regular customers and have spend a lot of money at this store and we had never had such bad service as today. Highly disappointed.

We just bought some tanzanite from Ivonne and had a wonderful experience. Everyone is nice and friendly and it was a pleasure. Good prices too.

As I walked in I felt like I was in a palace! Very eye catching!! The Jewelry was beautiful as ever, especially one ring in particular that I had my eye on. The staff was very friendly not pushy and very attentive. I love that! Very knowledgeable about the items I had questions on as well as negotiable. This place has an abundance variety of jewelry.Not to mention feeling expensive as I strutted across the marble floors on my way out..... FANCY!!!! I will be purchasing from here often especially when the holidays come around! Thanks you to all the staff who helped me and made me feel welcomed.

I purchased an engagement ring at the new store in the Round Rock Premium Outlets. Sunny was awesome and very helpful! The price and service were second to none! I picked the stone and setting separately and the finished ring was ready that day. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality jewelery.

My husband purchased my engagement ring here. It is absolutely gorgeous and amazingly crafted !!! We choose them after shopping at many places because we loved the service and attentiveness that was provided by the staff. The store was clean & well-organized.The consultant "Lucky' was beyond my expectations for service. He was very patient, prompt, friendly, and very knowledgeable and allowed me to look over several rings to decide the right one. The service is outstanding and I will recommend my friends and relatives to Lucky because I know they will be taken care of. Highly recommend them to anyone who is wanting quality service and amazing craftsmanship when purchasing fine jewelry.

I love this jewelry store!!! I was looking for a new ring for my 25th wedding anniversary and was having a difficult time deciding on what I want. Sonny was so patient and kind with me. He helped me pick out a beautiful ring AND a pendant to match!! I love my ring and so thankful I met Sonny. My family and I are customers for life. Check this place out before you go anywhere else.

was an extremely picky customer who has probably gone to every single jewelry store known to men to find my perfect engagement ring but I seemed to like certain features about different rings and wanted them to be combined into one. That's when I stepped in and seriously felt like I was at the right place. They told me that they could make my dream ring combine all the features I wanted and put them together into one in only a month. I felt like it was too good to be true but since they were the only ones who offered these great services I took the risk. They sent me a CAD design of what the ring would look like and made the changes until I was one hundred percent happy. Only when my approval was given then they made a wax mold with all the diamonds set in it, and I tried it on and it was just perfect. They proceeded to making the ring and when it was done it was better than I could have possibly imagined. Thank you for making me my PERFECT ring. I will definitely come back and buy all my future jewelry from you guys and I will refer you to all my family and friends

it starts raining cats and dogs outside while we are at the Outlets... and we wonder into here -- to our surprise, THEY HAVE SOOO MUCH COOL STUFF. stuff I just couldn't find anywhere else! I have been looking for Rosaries and other really nice religious charms... AND THEY HAVE THEM! :) and I really appreciate the cool positive vibe I got. I will be back for lots more stuff!

Had a great experience at this jewelry store. Looking for a piece that i could not find anywheres, the staff was very helpful and accommodated me in ever way. They were able to custom make the item i needed. I would recommend this jewelry store to everyone.

i didn't expect this to happen ... I was walking with my boyfriend and we walked in this store and b4 we could realize we walked out with my dream ring with no down payment an 36 months no interest.... I love this place and I would recommend everyone to go by there.... just love the store ......

When I walked by the store I did not expect it to look the way it did. When I first walked into the store i was taken aback at how beautiful is it. The marble floors and the chandelier were so nice! Their watch selection is incredible. The fine jewelry is extensive; as is their bridal selection. The owner, Sunny, is super friendly! I didn't buy anything that day, but they still took the time to make me feel at home! I am a south Austin girl. Sunny did inform me that come November there will be a new location in Barton Creek Mall! YAY!!!

My father had always wanted a Rolex watch, my husband and I came across a Rolex on the internet that seemed too good to be true, so without going into too many embarrassing details, it was too good to be true, it was a fake. We were heartbroken, but we had to find a replace somehow. While shopping at the Round Rock Outlets we went into Treasures Jewelery. The name of the store says it all for us we found a treasure when we met Al and his staff. Not only did they find us a Rolex in mint condition, they worked with us and sold it to us at an amazing price. Al suggested that Dad should come in for a custom fitting and several days later he did just that. Al gave Dad the VIP treatment. In addition, we were provided an appraisal report at no additional cost. We would like to thank Al and the staff for making a internet nightmare turn into a dream come true!

Great service here! They're so friendly when you walk in and they don't overbear you with questions as you're looking.They actually let you look freely without someone breathing down your neck! My fiance and I went to Marc Robinson Jewelers this past Saturday to pick out an engagement ring. We had the pleasure of working with Sunny and his staff. He was fantastic in helping us build our dream engagement ring that I hope to one day pass down to my grandkids. Sunny worked within our modest budget there were no assumptions, attitudes or judgment that I was worried about before walking in. The whole process widely exceeded my expectations and I look forward to working with Sunny in the future. What do I talk about this store... I wanted to gift my friend a watch and in a confused state entered the store and this was how I got to know about the store and once I've visited I felt that this was the exact place that would stand up to our wish list .What an amazing collection of watches does this store have.They are just mind blowing and the way the people in the store treat you is so kind.The Manager of the store took me around all the new collection and helped me select a watch which I thought would be perfect for my friend.This store also has some fine jewelry.Now I feel its like a package that any girl would want to go shopping.Next time I need to go shopping,I know which direction should I be heading towards. I am a jewelry lover and have spent most of my income buying jewelry from all around the world. I feel I made a mistake going around the world after making my first purchase at Treasures Custom Jewelry. The key to the matter is getting a deal and DEAL is what I got. I walked into many stores before Treasures and saw the same notion of sales pitch and convincing tactics but at Treasures I was told "sir this expensive watch does not look good on you try this one it's almost the same look and a lot cheaper". I am a business owner and I notice things at other business's and the one thing I noticed was that every customer was treated the same regardless of color, race or age. I got a follow up call to make sure I was happy with my purchase and if I had any suggestions for them. I did suggest them to stay in business with the low prices they were offering, it was better than anyone online or instore had offered!
