        This supply company lacks empathy and is only concerned about their payment. They began harassing my 89 year old father about a rollator walker they delivered less than two weeks after he received his invoice. There were repeated phone calls. The company was told the check had been mailed. When for unknown reasons the check had not arrived, instead of a discussion about what to do with the missing check, they told my father they would be coming to take back his rollator. He was in a panic because he can not move without this piece of equipment. Very unprofessional to threaten an 89 year old. Of course it hasn't been 30 days for the invoice.
