Gordie's Garage

I had never been here but passed it many times. I needed brakes so called spoke to Keith who got me in the next day. I was told of a few others things that need attention but wasnt pushed to do the additional repairs at this time. I was told the car would be done same day and was completed by 3pm! When i picked it up, Keith went over everything with, signed me up to a customer rewards plan they have & already have reward dollars towards next visit. I would recommend this garage & team highly. I came in yesterday asking for an oil change, heater repair and to have a fuel leak patched up in the nozzle hose. They had a waiting list so I had to wait until today to have it looked at, which was no big deal. I got a call from one of their techs(Joe) today stating that they couldn't work on my truck because it has a rusted out coil spring mount. I asked Joe what was wrong with the heater and where the fuel leak was, since I was going to have to do the repairs myself, and he had no idea and stated that he hadn't done the diagnostics yet. I stopped in to pick my truck up and, I kid you not, I was charged for the $85.00 in diagnostic fees that he had done AFTER he told me that they refused to work on my truck. They could do this but not the services that I had asked for, to include something as simple as an oil change. I can't believe this shop is even in business with that kind of service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There are so many other reputable places in the area that will be straight with you. If you, for whatever reason, find yourself in a situation where you have to use this shop you should be sure before hand that you are not working with Joe.

I have been going to this garage for over 20 years. They are honest, efficient and reasonably priced.
