We had one small room recaptured and it cost an fortune. This was the only place that could get it done quickly though

They do have a big selection of real wood and laminate, I couldn't decide witch one to pic, I am very picky when it comes to color and shine but they got lots to choose from.

Nice selection, friendly staff, and they will give you options on prices. They are more than will to stay within your budget.

We had them remove and replace our 14 year old carpet. Picking carpet was so easy because they are so knowledgeable, as soon as you describe what your after, they have something to show you. They arrived on time, kept things clean, and did a beautiful job.

Used this carpet one for laminate flooring in our last house. Very happy with their selection, customer service and most of all my floors, miss that floor!

Great no pressure company.felt like they were they here to help with ideas and choices ,not sell. 15 years ago we hired them to put in new floors in our home, loved them. Recently had a flood and went back to them for help. They worked great with our insurance and made the process a lot less painful.

They did a good job cleaning my carpets but it seemed to get dirty faster afterward. Makes me wonder if the solution they used is still on my carpet and now attracting dirt.

My 82 yr old mother hired a contractor, who in turn hired Carpet One to install a carpet. My mother paid the contractor, however the contractor did not pay carpet one. I talked to Carpet One and assumed they would go after the bond of the contractor. They didn't. Instead they went after a little old lady on a fixed income and put a lien on her home. My mother was a child during the great depression, putting a lien on her home means something different to her. Needless to say she was stressed, she dug into her savings and paid for the carpet a second time. What Carpet One did was legal, but was it right? Instead of going after the contractor and possibly losing future business with said contractor, they chose to go after a little 82yr old lady. As of this writing I am going after the contractors Bond and I've been told by the Bond company I will get reimbursed for my mother (what Carpet One should have done, after all, if Carpet One can spend time putting a lien on a home, Carpet One could have talked to the Bond company). Carpet One chose future profit over a little old lady's health. Carpet One would take coins off a corpse eyes to be paid. In the future I and my extended family will avoid these folks.
