This is the most unprofessional company. The quote they give you will be more than doubled once they have loaded your belongings onto a U-haul sized truck which already has someone else's things on it, that will be why they are 10-12 hrs. late to arrive and why you will have to wait another 12-15 for them to return with the truck. They will tell you a moving van will move your things- no same truck will show up at whatever point they choose to your new destination. Guessing that's why your $3600 sectional will be left out in the rain, recliner, tables, mattresses rolled up & taped or strapped to outside of the truck. Furniture all stained and knicked up, dishes, pictures, TV all smashed.Read the fine print for the minimal % you will be able to claim on your broken belongings, not even close to replacement of it all. If you're lucky one of the guys will speak English or at least partly. You have stressed for a week wondering if you'd ever see any of it again. It will definately cost you less all the way around by hiring the pro's with a lot less stress on your side.

It's terrible! I didn't see worth moving company. Quote they made had difference with final price 300%. They didn't count most heaviest items and I had to left most valuable staff behind.

We were quoted under $2500 (including packing services) to move from Oakdale, PA to Parma, OH and it would all be done in one day. We arranged for the move to take place on Saturday 11/19.

We got a phone call on 11/18 and were told the movers were coming out that day instead of the next to do some packing. We were told they would arrive around 6 PM. However, they got there at 1:45 PM and advised us they are packing and moving everything out that day, and we would incur an additional charge if they had to come back the next day instead (even though that was the negotiated day).

After they packed the items, the movers informed me that the original estimate only accounted for 100 boxes and they needed 148 to pack our items. When I asked why they needed so many more, they simply told me that the estimator wrote on the estimate that we have no clothes so they didn't have any wardrobe boxes to account for any of our clothes and that would all be additional. For one thing, who has no clothes? That was a terrible oversight on their part, especially since I specifically mentioned that we have a large walk-in closet full of clothing that all needs packed and moved.

Somehow, 48 more boxes caused the price to balloon from $2499 to $6100. This was ludicrous, and now there was no backing out. It is completely unethical for All in the Family Moving to misquote their price by thousands of dollars to lock us in, then jack up the price when we couldn't do anything about it. The movers threatened to hold our furniture hostage and keep it in storage until we paid (advising us that we will be charged more storage and handling fees the longer they hold onto our furniture), so we had no other option but to fork over the money.

All in the Family was unhelpful when I reached out to them for compensation, and offered no explanations as to why the estimate was off by so much and the movers came on a different day than scheduled.

All in the Family customer service is the absolute worst. The customer service representative (Katie) I believe her name is rude and disrespectful and obviously doesn't care much about her attitude or the customers of All in the Family. When I told her she was being rude, her response was she gets that all the time. What she and obviously the company fails to realize is if your customer is upset, then there is a problem because we as customers pay MONEY for a service that obviously we're not getting!!! I have paid 70% of my balance for my balance, text and emailed my receipt in order to get a delivery date as my contract states and I have not been able to get any information regarding my delivery from billing or the rude customer service representative. If this continues, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and taking further measures in order to get my belongings. If you choose to do business with All in the Family moving and storage be very cautious because it is apparent that All in the Family moving and storage does NOT value their customers.

I booked to move, i was quoted at 400 units of space and charged 1500$ for the move, I gave them the exact list of everything to move, just like a past review, a nasty Russian showed up in a budget truck and came in and said I was going to take up 200 more units of space and I asked how because I had everything on the list and had said 15 boxes but didn't even have that many , he said only a dryer was listed and it'd be 1000 on top of the 1500 I was quoted and he would take two trips not one, the truck was huge and I didn't have much, meaning he had a whole other families in it, picked up the phone to call the customer service and all the sudden he says no no I'll just do it for 2200 and do it all one trip (meaning he couldn't get his third families stuff in the budget truck)still mad I call customer service and they said I had a washer and dryer on it and that I wasn't adding anything new so they didn't understand why he was upcharging but that If those 200units would be used he'd have to show proof, 1500 is already a lot and I hadn't added a thing so I wanted the 1500 I was quoted because I was quoted for exactly what I had , and that's what I had ready so I should get the 1500 I was promised , they said they would make it 2000 total, why should I have to pay 2000 for the same items I was quoted 1500 for , didn't make sense . They obviously knew they were making my item list correct and low balling the space so it'd look cheap and on moving day they could say it just happen to take more room even though the list was correct so then you're stuck paying a insane rate For A BUDGET TRUCK of rude Russians, I absolutely am not paying to be jerked around and jacked up last minute cause they low balled my space to make it look good so it'd book, funny last minute when I told the driver I was canceling he said he had spotted my bongs and asked to buy a gram off me after all was said and done. This whole process was so ridiculous and then for him to ask for some bud, Ha!

Horrible communication, 24 hour window before they call and say they are coming to get your stuff next day. They charge way more than originally quoted, telling you that you have more cubic sq feet than they thought, demand more money before even putting you on the delivery schedule. Then tell you 7-21 BUSINESS days from the first date of delivery before you get your things. The paperwork left behind at my place from another move had written all over it how many things had been broken or lost. I am on day 17 of having been moved in and no furniture - just waiting for my stuff but because they go by "business days" I am only on day 12. So I could feasibly be waiting for another 9 days for delivery. And at this rate I don't hold out much hope for it all arriving together and not being broken. Look elsewhere - this is a bait and switch moving company at it's best.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

They Lost my package. The customer service is rude. Driver uses F-word in front of customers. Charges way more than the quoted price. They all are criminals and very unprofessional.

My leather sofa was ripped. All boxes were in bad shape. Many glass items broken. A wrong box was delivered. Several requests to track down the real owner of this box has been turned down by the company. If you have a lost box to be delivered by this company, please comment below (your box is safe with me) with the lot number.

My worst experience with any company (and that includes Gold Gym).

All the positive reviews (5 stars) are fake. It's a scam. After this -ve review there will be 5-6 new 5 star rating coming from the company itself to balance/hide this -ve review.

The owner and people who runs this company should be in jail.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOVERS!.

We hired all in the family moving and storage to moving us from Vermont to Oklahoma. We were told that the price was firm and there would be no hidden fees. We paid a 60% deposit and a pick up of either the 8th or the 9th and were told we would be called 24hrs prior to pick up. We never received a call by the 8th so we called and never got a call back. On the 9th I called twice and got a hold of a person at 10:30am and was told that they would pick us up between 3-6pm that day. At 11am we got an email saying that they had not gotten a hold of us and would a pick up time between 3-6pm that afternoon work, I called again they assured me that 100% we would be picked up that day. 4pm we got a phone call saying they wouldnt pick us up till the 12th because no one was able to contact us to confirm pickup time and told to deal with the fact that our leave date was supposed to be the 10th and were now delayed 3 days.
On the 12th the driver called at 12pm said they would pick us up between 3-7pm. At 5pm the driver called said they were leaving their first pick up and would pick us up after 12am, at 1:20am the driver called said they were on the way, they showed up at 2:40am smelling of drugs and alcohol. It took them over 1.5hrs to move half our items out to the truck(1 bedroom home) then told us that to take everything they needed another $2000. At 4am They told us that not being able to contact the company was on purpose. asked the driver for an exact amount he told us it would be $4361.20, our original agreement was $1613.14, when we tried to pull up our moving agreement on the link that had been sent to our email the page was no longer available and it said "this job is booked! Contact customer service." He told us that he needed 60% of $4361.20 on the spot. with no contact with the company we told them to take everything off the truck. When All In the Family Moving and Storage opened that morning we called multiple times and were only able to leave voice mails.

RUN fast from this company. I'm just a normal person like you who was looking for a out of state moving company in a sea of options. They will lie to you and claim they are reputable, but have caused nothing but stress. Quick to sell you and slow to respond to everything. Drivers were late picking up and told me I had to pay hundreds more than estimated even though I had less stuff than the estimated allowed. Now I found out the the delivery date is not guatneteed, but of course it could be if I paid more. It's sad that there are companies that operate like this. They will be hearing from my attorney. Please, please do not book this company and save yourself so much stress.

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would have rather loaded every single item I own into a uhaul and driven across the company than to trust things company with my move. Not only did it cost me double of what I was quoted ( quoted at $1200 and charged $2400 for the amount of items they quoted me) but they were rude and unprofessional and caused me headaches every step of the way. They also tried to tell me that they needed to load my items into a shuttle which would have cost me $200+ upon delivery, when I refused they charged me a "long carry fee" of $200 which is bs to go from the losing dock into the elevator of my building... clearly to compensate for what I refused to pay on the shuttle. When my items were picked up the Russian mover blatantly and disgustingly sexually harassed me. They also never told me that I needed to pay by check or cash ( this is completely shady to begin with)... you'd think over the phone when they took my credit card number they'd have told me that, but instead they told me after everything was loaded on their truck. I had to wait three extra days for my items to move because of this. When you call to talk to someone about the issues they are so incredibly rude and everyone claims to be the manager. This company is a complete joke. I'd be extremely weary before using them. A move that was quoted at $1200 cost me $2600 in the end.

Do NOT use this conpany unless u want to be scammed! All the 5 star reviews come from the con artists at All In The Family. They use bait and switch techniques that leave u out $1000 over the estimate they give u over the phone. They have the absolute worst custumer service. They do nothing for you when you call them. They use false advertisement. If u want to have the worst moving experience, use All In The Family!

WHERE IS MY DAUGHTER'S COUCH All in the Family Moving and Storage!! It has been two weeks and she still does not have a couch and no one seems to be available to search for my Crate and Barrel 83” couch. They are taking no responsibility for losing the $2,300 couch on my move from MA to OH. I highly doubt they stole the couch because it’s just a frame. The cushions were used to protect the tv and wall hangings. She did a ton of research on this company and found a list of 16 companies all registered at the same address in Jacksonville, FL under the name Yvonne Horowitz and incorporated as the same name with just a different city-name tagged to the end. Now they are strangely registered in NJ. It is the same company because on their contract the FL address is used.

You are better off choosing a different company, any company. My wife and I relocated from chicago to Austin; we were quoted one price however after the movers came to get our things the price nearly double. Example: we added 2 bed columns and apparently they are $500.00 to move. We also were promise that how things will be delivered in 3 days; still waiting a week later with expected date for delivery. I tried contacting the logistics specialist that help us with the quote; now he do not respond to emails or return calls. Do not choose this company, I repeat stay away

I paid 2 estimates one of which was never counted on my final bill. I tried to resolve this with the company for about 2 months and they consistently brushed me off. Ultimately I was out an extra $250.00. Choose a different moving company if you have the choice.

They came TWELVE hours late for my pick up of goods, then when they delivered my stuff, they said they had to move everything into a shuttle that would cost a minimum of $300. The actual price I paid was double my estimate. A total scam.
