Mike Sandman Enterprises, Inc

I called Mike to buy four phone adapters...he was rude and condescending on the phone. He told me that our phones are the bottom of the barrel and that I would need to buy one first to see if the adapter would work. Even after that BS I tried to buy one, but he was not happy that my phone number was from a different state than the address to where these were being shipped too. Then I said to him sounds like you don't want my business...he respond you are right and hung up. The irony in this whole thing was in our company name is the word Integrity...he had to ask me twice how to spell Integrity...I should have hung up then!

I was a good paying customer and one day Mike just starts verbally abusing me on the phone, for no reason. He didn't even ask me who I was. He just picked up the phone and started acting as the other reviews state, like a jerk. I can't tell you how bad of a position it puts my company in to have to find a new vendor, but this guy seems really unreliable and perhaps a bit unstable.



I would stay far, far away from this business.

I sold this guy a hole punch on eBay and when I inquired to make sure he received the item he got pissed about it and left me negative feedback. For a guy that runs his own business, he sure doesn't seem very concerned about customer service. What a jerk.
