Clean place.Good amount of machines, need more low weight dumbbells (10,15,20,30).It's a little cramped. Had a nice large open area for the last 2 years to do movement exercises.They just remodeled and closed it off only for people getting personal training.That area now is not used 90% of the time.Silly.They remodeled to take away space from most of the customers.Staff is great.They are all very friendly except for the owner.He never smiles.Seems unhappy or very upset about something.He should try saying hello to his customers like the staff does.For the money the place is good.I'm going to start looking at other places though,need more space for movement exercises.

this club has hardly no equipment. before i joined i checked out the 3 other retro's in suffolk county( which all are pretty much the same) filled with alot of equipment. i was told by staff in ronkonkoma that they would be getting alot more stuff. they put a few more piece's, but not nearly enough and there's alot of open space. other members are right on your back to get on the equipment your using. parking is not good either. if you open a club for $19.99 a month, you better fill it with equipment because alot of people will join.i will not rejoin.
