My wife and I had John out to assess our problem here at our home. He was extremely quick with response. He arrived at my home within an hour after I spoke with him. He explained what was potentially wrong as well as explaining what the process would be to correct my issue. He brought a very experienced team with him when it was time to begin the necessity work. John is a straight shooter. No lies, no hidden agenda, no hidden fees. He was very transparent. His written estimate was extremely clear and specific. He advised my wife and I on what to expect from our insurance company. He answered every phone call and text in a very timely manner. I firmly believe if I would have hired a different contractor my outcome and experience would not have been as great as it was. He really is an expert in his field and is a trustworthy professional. We had a sewer backup in our main drain going outside the house from our basement causing raw sewage to come up into the laundry room and bathroom shower. It was so disgusting and stressful. My Daughter-in-law called an aquaintance and he recommended John from Sewer and Drain Emergency Services.
John was at my house the very next morning. Everything was explained carefully. John did the work in less than an hour and we could use our water sources again without any issues. John was very professional, efficient and and his work was top quality. Definitely would highly recommend him for any plumbing or sewer issues.

I had received John’s number thru one of our contractors in our subdivision. We had a back up of sewage into out shower it was nasty and not to mention I was home as my husband was out of town hunting. It was nice to know that if I let someone in my house someone else would know him too! I was amazed at how fast he responded and stated I’ll be there within the hour! I was like wow really! Super courteous and knowledgeable. I don’t aged so many other companies and it wouldn’t be until the next day…not John! My drain was snaked in less than a half an hour as he had explained that it was a wipe that had clogged it and he could actually see it with his scope! Thanks John greatly appreciated!

After having many different other companies in over 36 years...we finally hit the jackpot with this one. John went right to work and didn't stop til my drain was running perfectly. We arrived home to find the sewer backing into our basement. It was around 9:00 pm on a Sunday night when we called. They were at our house within an hour. Very professional. The problem was not in our line but in the city’s. They called the city and we had the issue resolved that night. We would recommend this company to anyone needing help with a drain or sewer problem.

Hey Big John Your buddy Dave came by my house, to video my main drain. He was a real nice guy, and as professional as they come. A1 services and very decent price. I would give ten stars if they had it here. Im very pleased, because it's not easy finding trust worthy companies, that are patient with a customer, professional from start to finish, and very reasonably priced. So yeah Im Happy with Dave's professional help, and service. I would highly recommend this company, oh yeah they were here quick as well. The Next day from talking to them and on time.

I had water backing up in my home and I had a different plumber come out to help. He couldn’t fix the problem and charged me 80 dollars for being there only 20 Minutes. I told my friend about my issue and she recommended me to Sewer and Drain. I called them and they came out the same day and they even told me they wouldn’t charge me anything if they couldn’t fix the problem.I couldn’t believe it. I usually would have to wait a few days and still be charged if they couldn’t fix it. They texted me and told me when they would arrive and even arrived early! He came in and unclogged my pipe in 15 Minutes! I was so shocked! I couldn’t believe how he did it to fast but yet the other plumber told me I would have to dig up my yard to get the problem fixed! We ran the water for 10 minutes and the water was flowing fine! I’m so happy with the service and he even gave me tips of how to prevent it! I highly recommend them!

I first want to say I’ve never experienced professionalism like what received today ever. I was a last minute customer but the treatment I was given was as if I was a lifelong customer. John was very knowledgeable of my issues as if he lived at my address. I thought my sewer line in my basement was in need of replacement but when John came to my house i was overjoyed when he explained my issue with me and told me nothing was wrong with my sewer lines. I repeatedly asked him how much money he wanted just to come to my house. He would not take a dime from me. I’ve told all my friends about him and he has a customer for life. I was doing laundry when suddenly I noticed water backing up from the floor drain in my laundry room and furnace room. I called several plumbing companies and was either quoted a ridiculously high price or they couldn't come out until the next day or two. Now who wants to sit a day or two with a semi-flooded basement? Just when I started to get frustrated, I get a call from these guys and they were able to come out the same day in under an hour. They ran a snake (from my outside drain) 120-125 feet out to the city drain and kept at it under the problem was resolved. Needless to say, I was very happen with their service and would not only use them again but will highly recommend them to anyone to needs sewer/drain cleaning service.

These guys were great! Came to the job withing 40 minutes like the said they would, showed up professional and handled the clogged drain! Cleaned up after as well! Very honest as my bill was lower than my quote! Will use again if needed !

What a lifesaver. I called on Sunday evening. John was here in about 40 minutes!! I had raw sewage coming up. He spent tons of time snaking to the city line ..at that time he called the city so they would believe it was an emergency situation. And went above that to knock on my neighbors door to tell them of the issues. I am so very thankful!!

Nothing bad to say. They were willing to come out in under an hour, but I preferred to schedule a day, which they showed up prompt for. I had a main line clog that they were able to clear out in no time. They explained everything to me and would use them again. GREAT JOB!
