We have taken our cars there for about five years. From a basic oil change to major repairs, I am always comfortable knowing the job will be done right without unnecessary overcharges. Great personalities and customer service is a bonus.

These guys are totally cool by me. I had an intermittent air conditioning shut-off issue in my Altima, for which the dealer had only one solution: replace the entire compression system. However the guys at Guaranteed Auto were patient enough to troubleshoot the problem until they found a defective valve. I was back on the road again with cold A/C in no time at all..
Moreover, these guys come across not only as highly skilled technicians, but as truly caring human beings. I was greatly impressed by the way they address the parts delivery messenger and other people around the shop. It feels good to do business with this organization.
