        The doctor? Didn't meet him. The staff? The trifecta of indifferent, inconsiderate, and insulting come to mind. Told to come in at 2:40 for a 2:50 appt. I arrived at 2:35. ONE person sat in the waiting area. 2 more entered AFTER we did. By 3:15, ALL 3 had been called back. Yet we sat. Waiting. No info (the inconsideration). At 35 min past appt, we decided this was completely unsatisfactory & approached the sign-in window. I asked why we were still waiting. The insult to our intelligence: a staff member said, "He's running behind today." Undoubtedly, as most doctor's offices do, appts are set so close together it's impossible for patients to be seen within 15 min of their original appt time. To complete the trifecta, when we said we weren't going to wait any longer, the indifference was their unapologetic attitude. The bedside manner did not reflect their website's description of their compassion and I now have to delay a very important assessment of my heart by finding another office.

        Great office

        These Doctor's actually care about the patients! They are all so very nice and the staff is great as well! They have treated all my family for one thing or other dealing with the heart issue and I have never been more happy with a doctor's office! If for unseen reason something comes up with your heart go here! They are a great bunch of people!
