Their customer service at the drive through is excellent here!! I'm giving DFCU Financial one star as to all of their branches and policies. If you have excellent credit then this would be a perfect bank for you!! ~*~*~If you're rebuilding your credit (as many of us are) and would like to Re-Finance your vehicle or get a New Vehicle Loan they will NOT help you. You will be denied! How about maybe a personal loan? Denied! This is definitely NOT the bank you want to be banking with. They will have you apply & denied without giving it a second thought and hurting your credit score in the process. We need a bank that supports us, not hold us down as we are making our way back to the top.
