Terrible Customer Service

I went in this store yesterday 04/04/14 and I purchased a pair of pants,a button up vest and a tie, I had the pants tailored was given my bag. Prior to leaving the store I decided to exchange the tie for a sweater vest. I realized when I got home I had left the shirt and the button up vest on the counter top. I called the store and asked did I leave it behind 1st I was told they didn't have the shirt or the vest, than they found the shirtbut no vest. I was told i'm responsible when I leave the store but i had not left the store and I made a mistake and left it behind. I returnedto the store to get the shirt they said they found and a size small vest was hanging on the rounder with no sensor attached, I was told the cameras don't work and they didn't bother to do a inventory check. I asked for the manager and and it was the original lade Veronica I spoke with when 1st calling. I do understand it was my fault but I'm sure I left it there, customer service is what keep customers comig back, I will never shop here again. I should of took the vest off the rounder and proceeded to walking out the store, I'm sure they would have got security and did a inventory check and checked their cameras after that! It's not that many of these stores and what goes around comes around. I had no reaason to try and get a identical vest it's not like I could have ever returned it they don't do a cash refund. I just wanted to be treated with understanding and fairness it was my fault but a little customer service goes a long way.
