        British Swim School offers swimming lessons for kids and adults of all ages, starting as early as 3 months. Located inside of 24 Hour Fitness, our swim school is open year-round, so you can learn to swim when you’re ready and continue until you’ve mastered the skills. We use gentle teaching methods and a survival-first approach to help swimmers of all levels become safer and more confident in the water. Our safe, fun, and effective teaching methods have made us the preferred choice for parents and students for over 40 years. Our confidence-building curriculum and small group swimming classes provide a consistent format and structure with one-on-one attention for each swimmer. Private swimming lessons are subject to availability.

        Mens locker room not maintained well. Trash on the floor. Wet towels, Q-Tips, band aids and chewing gum frequently on the floor of the shower stalls. AC has not worked in months - hot & humid. Needs severe attention.

        I have a close friend that is using this gym, working with a trainer named Richard. I was astounded when I saw him, after he had been working out for awhile. He had lost 21lbs and had totally changed the way he eats. I attribute it to my friends committment but just as much to the expertise of his gym trainer, Richard. If you go there, I recommend you use Richard. He's the best and he's an exceptional person.

        This 24 hour facility is one of the good ones. It was a makeover from an older facility and I think they did a good job. The personel here are very friendly and welcome you every time you go in. I would recommend it to anyone, young and old alike.
