They were awful. Went to take my car in to get an oil change and get the engine light read. Said they had to wait for their main guy to finish it up. I ended up taking my husbands car home to Idaho Falls and my husband was going to go get the car once they called, which they said they would by 4:30. 6:30 comes around and they never call. They don't answer their phones. My husband goes by and they are closed. My husband gets to our car and it is unlocked with no keys. Not only did they never call me or my husband but they left the car unlocked. Things could have been stolen from our car. Also my husband was stuck in rexburg till 9pm and had to borrow someone's car to get home. They are careless. Not only did they charge ridiculous but they gave us "$10" off the service. Really $10?
