Scott's Tractor & Equipment Company

I have been a customer of Scott's Tractor and Equipment Co. for a long time. I own a John Deere X300 lawn tractor that was purchased from them years ago. It still runs perfectly and does a great job mowing. Scott's has performed all repairs I needed with excellent work! The staff and mechanics have always been very professional and friendly. I puchased a Burke trailer from them and it is well made and I haven't had any problems. I recently purchased a John Deere 48 inch X390 due to more mowing I now have. It has a 22 HP Kawasaki engine and power steering. What power it has and a breeze to cut grass and gather leaves with! I highly recommend Scotts Tractor and Equipment Co in Reidsville, NC for any purchase or repair of outdoor equipment and repair.

When you talk to these people seems like they do not care. They do not give follow up calls, do not even give updates if something is not going as planned in repair shop. They say a week or so to get lawnmower back, ends up three. This is not just one occassion, but several. I order a part, the part came in, they called the house when we were not home and did not leave a message. Four days later I finally call them, the part has been in. On a couple of occassions my lawnmower was done and they did not call, again I had to call them. When you talk to them it is like they really do not care unless you are in their circle. Poor, poor, but they are the only ones around, so what are you going to do.
