Allure Spa & Salon

I had a Groupon for $15 manicure. When I made the appointment no one mentioned that they charge an extra $5 for removing shellac if I'd gone to a different salon. No apologies for the omitted info and no offer to make up for it, ie waving the fee since no one told me, offering a free design,etc. I did not tip because of this and when I paid the nail tech didn't day thanks, instead walked off and began to talk in another language to another worker while jestering my way.
It was very rude and a bad experience.
