White Oak Urgent Care

I have never been treated so badly in a medical facility! I have been going there for years because of the wonderful doctors they have but nurses and desk staff are awful! They would not see me and my husband to complete our physicals to complete our sons adoption because they said they r not primary doctors regardless of the fact that we considered them our family doctor and have been going there for 10+ years! Then they refused to see my 71 year old father who has Alzhiemers because he was having pains in his mid back indicating kidney stones or infection. Staff told my parents there was a balance! My mom showed them he has 2 insurances and there was no way they owe and they refused to figure out what went wrong and refused him treatment! I called and asked to speak to a doctor so I can tell them what is happening with my dad and with their front office and they told me I was not allowed to talk to the doctors only nurses and if I didn't like it to stop coming there! I will never go there again and I will be taking this a step further!!!!!!!

Walked in as a new patient and was in and out in 30 minutes. Friendly and professional all the way through despite my own disposition. I recommend this place to anyone with urgent needs.
