Solaron Pool Heating

Solaron deserves 6 stars! Darren came out to give us a quote and he didn't give me a "sales pitch," he gave me an honest to goodness quote on pool solar and explained the product he uses. He came prepared, even getting pool dimensions for my pool from google earth. (That's efficiency). Their quote, was less then their competitors quote and he told me this would be because they do business on referrals and spend both marketing and advertising. The other company came out, spent 30 minutes measuring, then presented the cheesy sales pitch and quoted us a good amount t more. Even if solaron was a higher price, I would have selected them. Lauren in the main office was easy to get a hold of and she handled everything from the deposit to scheduling the install. The installation was on time and the installer walked me through the new control panel and system without rushing to get out. Honestly, this has been the best experience I've ever had with home improvement. I wish more company's hold to these standards.

We used Solaron to install our pool solar. The sales rep, Darrin, was very responsive and knowledgable. He helped us resolve a couple issues with the design and installation. Initially the thermometer was installed in such a location that our pool wasn't heating properly. They came out and fixed it quickly. Solaron took care of dealing with our HOA and permitting, which was a huge plus.
