Overall

Was very impressed with the service I got. They had forgotten to write down the appointment that I made for my car but still made it right by staying until after 10pm to tint my windows. Windows look great and I was extremely please with the work.

I try my best to support small businesses and minority business, but the guy at the shop forgot that he had me scheduled for a tinting. So I go back a 2nd time to get rescheduled, and the day I come into the shop to get my car serviced, he's got the shop closed and is working on someone else's vehicle. I've read the reviews and even my cousin has worked at his shop, and states that the guy does good work. Despite the quality of the service, if you're ignoring my efforts to get work done, then why take down my phone number if you're not going to call or even text a potential customer that you can't make the appointment. What happened to professionalism folks. Oh well, his loss because I had 5 vehicles needing tinting and 2 of which I needed some audio work done. Looks like my money will be going elsewhere due to a lack of professional courtesy. I don't give people a 3rd chance to blow me off.

Today I took my Tahoe to get tinted and the customer service was actually great. I was skeptical b/c of the reviews I read on here, but my experience was nothing but amazing.

Horrible job and disrespecful customer service. 1st: I have never tinted the windows of my car before, so I dont know how this goes. When I saw they did not make a cut for the brake light on the back window I asked them for it. They told me that I didnt requested so they didnt do it. I TRIED to explained them that I have never done this before and I didnt know I had to requested at the begining. They came back and said couldnt do nothing for it. How can you request something before hand when you know little or nothing about the service? 2nd: They have a really disrespectful and bad customer service. When I was trying to explain myself they were disrespectful by talking at the same time I was, and didnt let me explain my point nor let me finish my sentenses. Also the guy said he was listening when he really wasnt, then when I was talking he was also talking at the same time I was and didnt let me really talk. And that girl that is in the front counter, on top of talking when I was talking she told me to shout up twice and ask me how old I was that I needed to grow up. Very, very disrespectful and customer service! 3rd: Just noticed bubbles all over my windows, this is definitely a bad job, I know the windows are not supposed to have bubbles or spots.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! ...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! RUDE and a DIRTY PLACE. I went into Jordan's yesterday to get my husband a gift certificate for Father's Day. When I walked in there were NO OTHER customers. I asked the employee for a gift certificate (which is too easy) and he told me "I'll be right back". He went to side office and NEVER came back out. Meanwhile, the guy I spoke with and other employees in that office area were cursing and being very vulgar. I waited for 35 minutes for a simple gift certificate, all the while employees were looking out the door at me standing at their counter and not one came to help me. Don't waste your money on their pathetic, poor excuse for a business, drive down the road towards E-Town and there's a much nicer, cleaner, and less expensive place that would be happy to help you. Their uselessness was a blessing in disguise.

The staff was rude and did not display professionalism (used vulgar profanity). It seemed like they were racist and anti military.
