You'll want to check the gap on them relative to the manufacturer's specifications. If they are gapped improperly, adjust them accordingly. If they are not, consider replacing them (especially if you are close to the replacement interval specified in your owner's manual).
While replacing them, be sure to use anti-seize on the threads and dielectric grease on the plugs themselves to keep the connection to the wires solid. Speaking of which, it's a good idea to replace your wires when you replace your plugs.
Lastly if this still does not fix your problem you could be dealing with a faulty ignition coil (or distributor cap on older cars). It might be a good idea to take your car to the mechanic in this case.
If you think your car's spark plugs have misfired, it's a good idea to run a diagnostic code check on your car to make sure that the spark plugs are indeed the problem.
